2. What Parentsy is
Parentsy is a community platform for parents and caregivers. It helps adults discover parent communities, exchange experiences, and organize private coordination spaces such as playdates, local parent groups, school groups, and carpools.
Parentsy is not a childcare provider, transportation provider, medical provider, emergency service, school, marketplace operator, or professional advisory service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Parentsy.
You may use Parentsy only if you are a parent, caregiver, guardian, expectant parent, or adult with a legitimate interest in parent-related communities.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of Parentsy complies with applicable laws.
4. Accounts
Some parts of Parentsy may be available without an account.
To post, comment, join communities, use private rooms, send messages, or access personalized features, you need to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
You must not:
- impersonate another person
- create misleading profiles
- use another person’s account
- create accounts for children
- use Parentsy for spam, scams, harassment, or illegal activity
5. User content
Parentsy allows users to create and share content, including posts, comments, replies, room messages, polls, events, and profile information.
You remain responsible for the content you share.
By posting content on Parentsy, you grant Parentsy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and process your content as necessary to operate, improve, moderate, and provide the service.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to share your content and that your content does not violate the rights of others.

Parentsy may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if these rules are violated.
7. Child safety
Parentsy is built for adults, not children.
Children may not create accounts or use Parentsy directly.
Parentsy does not create public child profiles.
Users may optionally add limited child-related information, such as age, birth year, or gender, for personalization and relevance.
Users must not post content that exploits, sexualizes, endangers, identifies, or harms children.
Users should avoid sharing sensitive information about children, including full names, exact locations, school details, medical information, or identifiable images, unless they have the legal right and a clear reason to do so.
Parentsy may remove child-related content if we believe it creates privacy, safety, or legal risks.
8. Private groups and rooms
Parentsy may offer private groups, rooms, direct messages, or other member-only spaces.
Private spaces are intended to limit visibility to selected members. However, Parentsy cannot guarantee that other users will not copy, screenshot, or share information outside the app.
You are responsible for what you share, even in private spaces.
9. Meetups, playdates, and carpools
Parentsy may help users organize real-life activities such as playdates, meetups, school coordination, or carpools.
Parentsy does not verify every user, supervise meetings, provide childcare, provide transportation, or guarantee the safety, reliability, suitability, or identity of users.
You are responsible for your own decisions when meeting other users, arranging transportation, sharing personal information, or allowing your child to participate in any activity.
Use common sense, meet in safe public places where appropriate, and do not share sensitive details with people you do not trust.
10. No professional advice
Content on Parentsy is provided by users and is for community support and informational purposes only.
Parentsy does not provide medical, legal, psychological, educational, financial, or other professional advice.
Always consult qualified professionals where necessary, especially for medical, legal, safety, or child-related decisions.
11. Moderation
Parentsy may moderate content and accounts to protect users and the community.
We may review reports, remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other action at our discretion if we believe these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws have been violated.
We are not obligated to monitor all content before it is posted.
12. Advertising
Parentsy may display advertising in the app.
Ads may appear in feeds or other parts of the product. Advertising may be provided by third-party partners such as Google AdMob.
We aim to keep advertising appropriate for a parent-focused community, but we do not fully control all third-party ads.
Advertising-related data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Availability and changes
Parentsy may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Some features may be experimental, beta, limited, or available only in certain regions.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
14. Waitlist and pre-launch access
If you join the Parentsy waitlist, this does not guarantee access to the app, specific features, timing, or availability.
We may invite users gradually based on region, testing needs, or product readiness.
15. Future paid features, experts, or marketplace
Parentsy may introduce paid features, expert sessions, webinars, marketplace features, or other monetization models in the future.
Such features may be subject to additional terms, pricing, rules, or third-party conditions.
16. Intellectual property
Parentsy, including its brand, design, software, logos, text, and product experience, is owned by Parentsy group M IKE or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use Parentsy’s intellectual property without permission, except as allowed by law.
17. Account deletion and termination
You can delete your account directly in the Parentsy app under account settings.
You may also request account deletion by contacting contact@parentsy.app.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, misuse the service, or if required by law.
18. Disclaimer
Parentsy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parentsy makes no warranties regarding availability, reliability, safety, user behavior, content accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parentsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not allowed by law.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we will provide appropriate notice through the app, website, or email.
