Parentsy is built to help parents and caregivers connect, support each other, and organize everyday family life.

To keep Parentsy useful and safe, all users must follow these Community Guidelines.

1. Be respectful

Treat other parents with respect, even when you disagree.

Do not harass, insult, threaten, shame, bully, or target other users.

2. Protect children’s privacy

Parentsy does not create public child profiles.

Do not share sensitive information about children.

Avoid posting full names, exact addresses, school details, medical details, or identifiable photos of children unless you have the legal right and a clear reason to do so.

Never post content that exploits, sexualizes, endangers, or harms children.

3. Keep private groups private

Private rooms and groups are designed for trusted coordination.

Do not copy, screenshot, or share private content outside the group without permission.

4. Be careful with local meetups

Use common sense when meeting other users.

Meet in safe places, verify details yourself, and do not rely on Parentsy as a safety guarantee.

For carpools or child-related coordination, parents and caregivers remain responsible for their own decisions.

5. No hate or discrimination

Parentsy does not allow hate speech, discrimination, or exclusion based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, family status, or other protected characteristics.

6. No spam or scams

Do not use Parentsy for spam, scams, fake promotions, pyramid schemes, suspicious links, or misleading offers.

7. No harmful advice

Parentsy is for peer support, not professional diagnosis or treatment.

Do not present medical, legal, psychological, or safety advice as professional advice unless you are qualified and clearly state your role.

8. Ads and promotions

Do not use Parentsy for unauthorized advertising, mass promotion, affiliate spam, or commercial solicitation.

Parentsy may show official ads or sponsored content in selected areas of the app.

9. Report problems

If you see content or behavior that violates these rules, report it.

Parentsy may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other action to protect the community.

10. Use your judgment

Parentsy is strongest when parents help each other with honesty, empathy, and care.

When in doubt, ask yourself: would I say this in a real parent group where people know me?
